BREAKING THE RULES

The Art of Crafting Natural Talha Wines in the Alentejo

From aging wines in talhas and oak barrels to rethinking formats with bold bag-in-box releases, we like to keep things creative and real.

Founded in 2020 in Vila de Frades, Talha Mafia is a family-run business crafting small-batch natural wines in Portugal, with minimal intervention. We use traditional clay talhas to produce expressive wines from one pure ingredient: grapes.
